Electricity : A package of 100 kWh a week is understood in the price of the rent. Considering the presence of the air conditioning and to avoid the abuses, a statement of the electric meter will be made at your arrival as well as in your departure. If necessary, the consumption in overtaking of the package will be charged to you on the basis of 0,0779 Euro of the kWh besides the price of the rent.

Water : A package of 8 m3 a week is understood in the price of rent. A statement of the water meter will be made at your arrival as well as in your departure. If necessary, the consumption in overtaking of the package will be charged to you on the basis of 3,15 Euro by m3 besides the price of the rent.

A 1000-euro pledge will be asked you during your arrival.
